Terms of Service
Quick Summary
Use Lyks for lawful purposes only. Pay as you go — minimum $10, maximum $2,000. Wallet never expires. 14-day refund available. You own all videos you generate. We can suspend accounts that violate these terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Lyks, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and iBoson Innovations Private Limited.
If you do not agree to these terms, do not use Lyks.
2. What Lyks Is
Lyks is an AI-powered video generator for Shopify store owners. Connect your Shopify store, select a product, and generate professional short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts — in minutes.
Lyks uses a prepaid wallet model. You add money to your wallet and spend it as you generate videos. Features and availability may change over time as the product develops.

Full refund available within 14 days of purchase
All payments are processed by Paddle, our authorised payment processor. By making a purchase you also agree to Paddle's terms of service.
Wallet balance is non-transferable and may only be used within the account it was purchased for.
4. Acceptable Use
You may use Lyks for any lawful purpose. You may not use Lyks to:
- Generate videos for illegal or prohibited products
- Create misleading or deceptive content
- Violate any third party intellectual property rights
- Attempt to reverse engineer the platform
- Resell or redistribute the service without permission
- Circumvent billing systems or authentication
- You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to use Lyks.
Violation of these terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.
5. Your Content
You retain full ownership of all videos generated using Lyks. We claim no intellectual property rights over your generated content.
You grant us a limited license to host, process, store, and deliver your videos so that we can provide the service to you. We will not use your videos for our own marketing or promotion without your permission. You remain the owner of your videos and are responsible for ensuring your content complies with the policies of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and any other platform you publish to.
6. Shopify Integration
By connecting your Shopify store, you grant us permission to access your product titles, descriptions, images, and prices — solely for the purpose of generating videos.
We do not access your customer data, orders, or financial information. You can revoke access at any time from your Shopify admin.
7. Intellectual Property
Lyks, including its interface, branding, and underlying technology, is the property of iBoson Innovations Private Limited. All rights are reserved.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Lyks while your account remains in good standing.
8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
AI-generated videos should always be reviewed before publishing. You are responsible for reviewing scripts and generated content before use.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, iBoson Innovations Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Lyks.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to Lyks in the 30 days preceding the claim.
Lyks is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
9. Account Termination
You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Unused wallet balance will be refunded per our Refund Policy.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Service, without prior notice.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Trivandrum, Kerala, India.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we update the effective date and notify you by email if the changes are significant.
Continued use of Lyks after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
